We are hiring a Business Development Manager to drive growth, not to “manage relationships” or sit in meetings. If you can’t generate leads, handle rejection, negotiate hard, and close deals, stop reading now.
End-to-end responsibility for new client acquisition
Building and closing a consistent B2B sales pipeline
Corporate, IT park, commercial, and enterprise clients
Site visits, presentations, negotiations, and closures
Proposal preparation, RFQs, tenders, and commercials
Monthly revenue targets — no excuses, only results
5+ years of B2B sales experience (Facility Management / Services preferred)
Proven closures — not just leads or meetings
Strong understanding of pricing, margins, and contracts
